On November 11th, a Scopus search yielded 5880 publications related to ChatGPT (refer to the post in the link above). Upon repeating the search recently, I discovered 7634 publications. The following list (below) showcases countries with the highest ratio of publications to population, considering those with at least 60 publications. Notably, the United Arab Emirates-UAE, absent from the November 11 ranking, has now entered the top of that list with the same ratio as Sweden and Finland.
Kindly note that as of July 22nd, there were 1017 publications associated with ChatGPT in the Scopus database. By September 25th, this figure had surged to 3746 publications, https://pachecotorgal.com/2023/09/25/tu-delft-feeding-chatgpt-with-more-than-2000-abstracts-to-predict-scientific-impact/ and now has reached almost 8000, indicating an astonishing increase of nearly 800% from the end of July to December.
PS - Breaking new ground, ChatGPT becomes the first non-human to achieve a historic milestone by securing a spot on Nature’s list of the year’s ten most influential researchers https://www.brusselstimes.com/837980/chatgpt-becomes-first-non-human-on-natures-top-ten-list-of-researchers
