Beyond the pleasure principle and the constant fears of a notorius Russian coward

 

The image above concerns a marble sculpture in a grave of a Spanish cemetery representing the kiss of death. It could also represent the death wish that Sigmund Freud wrote about in his 1920 highly cited landmark essay"Beyond the pleasure principle", the dark tendency of the human specie towards self-destruction that could help to explain Bloodymir Putin's war if only he was not too much of a coward,  a coward-in-chief who unsurprisingly still needed to stage fake macho stunts and now lives in constant fear of being poisoned by his own people

Back in 2007 there was an incident during a meeting between Merkel and Putin, afterward the German Chancellor told the press "I understand why he has to do this — to prove he's a man,". In the end of 2019, twelve years after that incident Zelenskiy's famous sitcom "The servant of the people" was canceled in Russia just because it contain a joke about Putin which means that the notorious Russian coward isn´t even man enough to take a joke. 

Uma história de violação e uma previsão bastante ingénua

 

O juíz Manuel Soares, Presidente do Sindicato dos Juízes escreve hoje no Público sobre a sua experiência no julgamento de violações ocorridas em contexto de guerra, lembrando que em 2014 presidiu no Kosovo, a um julgamento internacional sobre dois Sérvios, acusados por terem no ano de 1999, segundo o juiz, violado de todas as maneiras possíveis, uma jovem de 16 anos, que duas décadas mais tarde, em 2021, se tornou deputada no Kosovo (foto acima). https://www.publico.pt/2022/03/23/opiniao/opiniao/calarem-bombas-1999754

Sem supresa a condenação inicial dos dois Sérvios pelo tribunal internacional, deu depois lugar a uma absolvição e não admira por isso que até hoje não haja ainda nenhuma condenação pelos vários milhares crimes de violação cometidos pelos Sérvios https://balkaninsight.com/2020/03/16/kosovo-war-rape-survivors-still-waiting-for-first-convictions/

Escreveu o juiz Manuel Soares, que "quando as bombas se calarem" e a Rússia finalmente ganhar a guerra, haverá sem dúvida, como houve no Kosovo, violações por parte de soldados Russos. Trata-se porém de uma afirmação bastante ingénua, pois muito ingénuo é admitir que os soldados Russos, andariam desde o dia 24 de Fevereiro, data em que iniciaram a invasão da Ucrânia, num absolutamente improvável e auto imposto permanente voto de castidade, como ontem mesmo se infirmou  aqui https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10640415/Russian-soldiers-raping-women-shooting-civilians-hiding-basements.html 

Aliás não me custa acreditar, que pelo menos aqueles soldados Russos com fortes tendências pedófilas (leia-se com altruístas intenções de desnazificação), andam muito desgostosos por assistirem (impotentes) à fuga de tantas crianças Ucranianas para outros países. 

PS - A Sérvia é aquele país que apesar de aspirar a pertencer à União Europeia (somente por causa dos muitos milhões inerentes a essa condição), possui milhares de habitantes que recentemente fizeram questão de mostrar o seu apoio ao Sr. Putin e à sua invasão da Ucrânia https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/pro-russia-serbs-march-belgrade-country-treads-ever-finer-line-between-east-west-2022-03-04/

Russia and the most infectious country of all

 

In a previous post, i wrote that the Russian Empire was a bad joke when compared to the Portuguese empire. However, this may have sparked some confusion, so I'd like to provide further context. The most famous Portuguese writer, Fernando Pessoa, whose life spanned from 1888 to 1935, eloquently expressed in his seminal work Book of Disquiet "my homeland is the Portuguese language". 

When considering the ratio of people born in Portugal to Portuguese speakers worldwide, it's remarkable - currently standing at nearly 25. Projections indicate this figure will soar to approximately 45-50 in the coming decades. In comparison, Russia's ratio hovers just below 2, while Spain's sits at around 10. To put this into perspective, the Spanish language would need over 1 billion speakers to achieve a ratio equivalent to Portugal's, a milestone unlikely to be reached even by 2060, when Spain's ratio is expected to hit 14. The UK's ratio falls below 10, and even powerhouse nations like India and China exhibit significantly lower ratios than Portugal. It's important to note that these ratios refer to native speakers

PS - The aforementioned Book of Disquiet was written in the aftermath of the First World War and on it Fernando Pessoa wrote the following "No empire justifies breaking a child's doll"
