Following the publication of the 1st edition in 2016 and the 2nd edition in 2020, that has garnered significant recognition, including being cited in a recent report by the Lancet Pathfinder Commission, I reproduce below the cover of the third edition, which will be ready in a few weeks.
PS - Strictly speaking, the 1st edition was the one I edited and published in 2014, which continues to be cited even today. However, it belongs to Springer, and I chose not to publish new editions with them because Springer does not have the reach or the prestige of Elsevier.
